Laurent focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions and his experience includes representing corporate clients, particularly in the fields of banking, project finance, energy, merger and acquisition, corporate restructurings, aviation, real estate and development, hospitality, media and construction.
Laurent sits on the board of several Lebanese and international entities and has dealt extensively with governmental and quasi-governmental entities in the MENA region.
Prior to establishing the firm, Laurent worked as a senior counsel for one of the biggest conglomerates in the GCC. He was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2003, and was awarded a Certificate of Completion of International Finance in 2024 from Harvard Law School, Executive Education.
Loubna has extensive experience in corporate, insurance, labour, administrative, real estate, bankruptcy and intellectual property laws.
She provides continuous legal advice and guidance to K&A’s clients mainly in contract drafting and negotiation, corporate restructuring, merger and acquisition transactions, legal opinions’ drafting, litigation, compliance with the requirements of regulators in Lebanon and abroad, human resources matters under Lebanese labour law and DIFC employment laws, in addition to the management of intellectual property’s portfolios.
Loubna graduated from Saint Joseph University and is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2004.
She is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
Grace Fattal specializes in sophisticated and complex international cross-border commercial and corporate law transactions. She advises international corporations and start-ups in various jurisdictions and in relation to a multitude of industries.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, an LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law from SOAS University of London, a GDL from the College of Law in London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Oil and Gas Law from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.
Grace is admitted to practice law in France and in Lebanon and is fluent in English, French, Arabic and Armenian.
Joy is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1987 and is holder of 3 Licenses from Saint Joseph University, in Private Law, Public Law and in Political and Administrative Sciences.
In 1987, Joy began his career at Georges Jabre Law Firm. In 1995, he became an associate at Moghaizel Law Offices. In 2019, he joined AMLF law firm.
In 1997, he joined GroupMed, as Legal Advisor. In 2001, he headed the Legal Department at Bankmed sal, and in 2005 he became Division Head.
Joy joined K&A in 2023.
Joy was also a teacher of commercial law and acted as Banks’ staff Trainer.
Joy’s field of practice encompasses banking, capital markets, corporate, project finance, and loans syndication.
Joy is fluent in Arabic, French and English.
Jad is a Special Counsel who collaborates with K&A to oversee the legal affairs of one of its major clients, a leading group of companies in the GCC and Egypt specialized in the manufacture of finishing building materials.
A member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2013, Jad’s strong academic background includes a bachelor’s in law and a LL.M in Business Law from Saint Joseph University, and a Masters in Litigation and Arbitration from Filière Francophone de Droit (Lebanese University).
Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Jad delivers tailored legal solutions for general corporate and transactional matters.
Christian is a trainee lawyer at the firm.
He has gained professional experience mainly regarding the incorporation of companies, court reviews and follow-ups, drafting and reviewing legal documents and commercial agreements, and assisting on various legal transactions.
He assists K&A’s clients mainly in contract drafting, legal opinions’ drafting, litigation, compliance with the requirements of regulators in Lebanon, human resources matters under Lebanese labour law.
He graduated from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik and is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.
He is fluent in English, Arabic and French.
